At Rainier Watch, we want you to be fully satisfied with your mountain-inspired gear. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original condition.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse.

Receive Your Refund

After our team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
